Why do we need revival?

“It presupposes that the church is sunk down in a backslidden state, and a revival consists in the return of the church from her backslidings, and in the conversion of sinners.
1. A revival always includes conviction of sin on the part of the church.
2. Backslidden Christians will be brought to repentance. A revival of God is nothing else than a a new beginning of obedience to God.
3. Christians will have their faith renewed. They will be filled with tender and burning love for souls.
4. A revival breaks the power of the world and of sin over Christians,

You were made for His pleasure!

We need a Great Awakening!

(Rev.20:15,14:11) May our hearts be gripped with the reality of Hell. May we cry out to the Lord, holding nothing back, for the salvation of souls! He is still not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2.Pet.3:9) Hear their cries! Let tears fill your eyes! Now, GO reach the lost!

(Romans 1:16) O my brother, my sister, it is time to fan into flame the gift of God that is in you!! It is time for the church to get a serious case of heart burn for Jesus!!
