You were made for His pleasure!

"Thou art worthy O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power! For Thou hast created all things, and for Thy pleasure they are and were created!" ~Rev.4:11 Matthew Henry wrote more than 200 years ago, "Let us be much in the exercise of holy joy, and employ ourselves much in praise!...Let us live a life of delight in God!" Sadly, so many have lost the joy of His salvation. Far too often God's people ~ The Bride of Christ ~ are found watching the clock during worship wondering when it will be over. Is that how honeymooners act? O how we need to return to our first love!! "Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you!" Ps.85:6
